NetOp remote control? |
Designed for support NetOp Remote
Control provides network administrators, help desks and remote workers with the
fastest and easiest remote control solution available. NetOp enables users to operate
multiple Windows NT, 95/98, 3.1x, DOS and even OS/2 PCs vianetworks, the Internet or
modems -- just as if they are seated in front of that PC.

| What NetOp
products do I need to get started ? |
The minimum required is
the combo pack which includes one host and one guest license. For each additional PC that
you want to access you will need to purchase a host license. A Gateway server version is
available for remote access to an entire network.

| We are in a
training environment is there a NetOp product for us? |
NetOp School is a software
package for computer based training that works on your existing network. With NetOp
School, you have the perfect tool to create an interactive classroom environment where
each terminal is now a blackboard . The teacher has full control over each PC, run
applications and monitor students work.

| What are
the system requirements? |
PC: IBM PC/PS with an
80386 processor or higher or 100% compatible - Video: Any graphics adapter supported by
Windows - Disk space: Host and guest less than 2 Mb each - Windows: Windows or Windows for
Workgroups 3.1x, Windows 95/98, Windows NT 3.1 or later (Intel platform) or compatible,

| Does NetOp
support file transfer? |
Yes, NetOp allows
integrated bi-directional drag and drop and file transfers. Transfers individual files or
entire directory structures. Split screen view. Copy, Move, Synchronization, and Clone
features. Delta file transfers, Progress meter showing speed and time left. History list
for latest file transfer activity. Crash recovery and warnings to prevent un-intended file
transfers.

security features are included ? |
Choose between default and
individual guest access privileges - Password for access - Confirm access - Call back
(roving or fixed number) - Guest rights: Allow guest to: Use keyboard/mouse, chat, send
files, receive files, lock keyboard/mouse, boot host - Maintenance password on host which
can be required to perform various tasks on the host such as pressing the Stop Host or
Exit buttons - Host user notification - A-number check (ISDN only) - MAC/IP Address Check
- Special read-only attribute to configuration files. Session recording enables NetOp to
record and view remote control sessions. Keystrokes are encrypted.

| I am
installing NetOp and it is telling me my serial number is invalid. |
Make sure you enter the
serial number EXACTLY as shown. It is case sensitive and the dashes must be entered. There
is NO letter O in the serial numbers, only the number zero (0) If you are installing an
evaluation and you receive this message, call tech support for an evaluation serial
number, or request a new evaluation to be sent out. Also, bear in mind that version X
serial numbers will not work in version X+1

| My trial
version of NetOp has expired, how do I register my copy? |
During the installation
you will be asked to type in a registration key to get a non-expiring program. This key
comes in the box with a CD and manual. Go to our order page to buy a registered copy
